PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board-integrated battery in which a secondary battery and a circuit board are integrated with a mold resin, and to provide a battery pack. SOLUTION: The resin is filled in between a battery body 101 and a circuit board 102 electrically connected to the battery body to integrate both. Notched parts are formed at both ends of the board 120, and the outer peripheral shape except the notched parts agrees with a shape of both side-faces of the secondary battery. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
