PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating module which is hard to be influenced by extraneous high frequency wave noises when implemented on a printed board, and an electronics device using it. SOLUTION: High frequency wave oscillating circuit 6 ground is connected to a side ground terminal G1 of which ground is different from that of the D.C. voltage input 5, a control voltage input 7, and the buffering amplification circuit 8 on the circuit board. An adverse effect becomes lower because high frequency noises which are input out of terminals of an oscillating module are prevented from coming into the high frequency oscillating circuit part without earthing by parasitic inductance elements of the side ground terminal.
