PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack mounting structure in which solder is not stripped at all at a connecting terminal of a jack unit, in which a board exclusively used for a jack, a dedicated connector and the like are not required, and which is used suitably for a small and lightweight electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The jack mounting structure is provided with the jack unit comprising a jack mainframe in which a plug insertion hole is formed, a circuit board on which the jack unit is mounted and which is electrically connected to the jack unit and an enclosure in which the circuit board is built so as to be retained. The connecting terminal of the jack unit is formed in a curved shape, the connecting terminal can have a large elastic deformation amount, the connecting terminal is brought into contact with a conductive pattern on the circuit board in a state that it is elastically deformed, and the jack unit and the circuit board are electrically connected without using any solder.
