PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro die section apparatus capable of efficiently collecting an object from a tissue specimen. SOLUTION: In the micro die section apparatus, a collecting cap 3 is placed on the tissue specimen fixed to a slide glass 29, and an object in the tissue specimen 2 is made to adhere to the collecting cap 3 and is collected by making it adhere to the cap 3 by radiating a laser light toware the collecting cap 3. The micro die section apparatus is provided with an intermediate seat 30 for rotating the slide glass 20 on an electric stage 6 for moving the slide glass 29 to a region irradiated by the laser light and a sub stage 33 for moving the slide glass in the X and Y directions. An installation position of the slide glass 29 in the region irradiated by the laser light can be finely adjusted. The region irradiated by the laser light is set for the object confirmed in the tissue specimen 2 on the slide glass 29 installed in the region irradiated with the laser light. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
