PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick display of past operation information of a mobile station without applying a load to a system. SOLUTION: This radio communication network system is provided with a plurality of base stations 11 equipped with radio communication equipment, a mobile station equipped with radio communication equipment for performing radio communication to the base stations and positioning equipment for measuring a self station, a file server 14 equipped with a main database 13 for storing information of the mobile station via the base station, and a user station 15 which displays the information of a mobile station stored in the main database to a user and monitors the mobile station. In the user station, a position information sub-database 21 which obtains information from the main database and can store the information, and a fixed information sub-database 22 are installed.
