PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door with a ventilation function which is capable of turning person's eyes from the outside and preventing crimes even though a relatively large vent holes are formed in the door. SOLUTION: A rotating lid member 6 opening or closing an opening portion 5 made in the door is provided, the rotating lid member 6 pivotally attaches the rotating shaft 61 arranged at the end portion to the door in a manner permitting the eccentric rotation, a circular arc shaped sealing surface 62 is formed on the peripheral surface of the rotating lid member 6, a pinion gear 8 installed to a rotating shaft 61 of the rotating lid member 6 is interlocked with a freely sliding rack 9 provided in the door, a coupling pin 111 of an opening operation member 11 fitted to a guide hole 91 drilled to an end portion of the rack 9 is moved and the slide operation of the rack 9 is performed, the pinion gear 8 interlocked with the rack 9 is rotated and the rotating lid member 6 is eccentrically rotated, the circular arc-shaped sealing surface 62 of the rotating lid member 6 is located near or away from an opening edge 7, and the opening 5 is made opened or closed.
