PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor device capable of detecting whether the load affected is large or small. SOLUTION: Each pressure sensor device 18A, 18B is provided with a central conductor 11, and an elastic conductive tube 13 located away from an outer circumference of the central conductor 11 with an insulator member for space- holding 12 stood between. In each pressure sensor device 18A, 18B, the elastic conductive tube 13 is flexibly-deformed by an external depressing force to detect the contact between a heating element 11b of the central conductor 11 and the elastic conductive tube 13 through a clearance of the insulator member 12. Then the lateral winding pitch of each insulator member 12 is changed to allow each pressure sensor device 18A, 18B to have different sensitivity one another. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
