Composition contains an antithrombotic agent and a cyclic amine derivative (I). R1 = phenyl (optionally substituted by 1-3 1-4C alkyl, halo, 1-4C mono- or poly-fluoroalkyl, OH, 1-4C alkoxy, CN, or NO2); R2 = H, 1-4C alkyl carbonyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl carbonyl, 1-4C alkoxy carbonyl, carboxy or CONR4R5; R4, R5 = H, 1-4C alkyl carbonyl or 3-7C cycloalkyl; R3 = piperidin-1-yl (optionally substituted by 1-3 oxo, CS, OH, 1-4C alkoxy, thiol, 1-4C alkylthio, 1-4C alkylthiocarbonyl or =CH-Z) or a group of formula (i)-(iv); X, Y = H, oxo, OH, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C alkoxy carbonyl, thiol, 1-4C alkylthio, 1-4C alkyl carbonylthio, thionyl, or 1-4C alkythionylthio; W = H, thiol, 1-4C alkylthio or a sulfur-containing amino acid such as glutathionyl, cysteinyl or its derivatives; Z = carboxy, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl or CONR4aR5a, and R4a, R5a = H, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl, 3-7C cycloalkylcarbonyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, 1-4C alkylthio, thionyl, 1-4C alkylthio carbonyl or 1-4C alkyl thiothionyl, provided that when R3 = (i) and X = Y = H, then R1 is not 2-chlorophenyl and R2 is not methoxycarbonyl or H.
