<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser system which can stably supply a laser output by suppressing the shift quantity in oscillation wavelength due to temperature variation and is small-sized and easy to handle. <P>SOLUTION: A solid laser medium 3 emits a laser beam by the stimulation light of a semiconductor laser 1 and surfaces 3a and 5a serve as a resonator to carry out laser oscillation. Part of the output light is sampled by a beam sampler 6 and split into two pieces of luminous flux which are transmitted beam and reflected beam by an interference filter 7 having a large transmissivity in a center oscillation wavelength rangeλo±δλ, and they are inputted to optical detectors 8 and 9, whose signals are inputted to arithmetic circuits 11 and 12. Their output signals are fed back to control the driving of the semiconductor laser 1, thereby stabilizing the laser output. The effective resonator length of an optical element and a resonance frame 4 is controlled by controlling the temperature control mechanism for the resonator to stabilize the laser output while the oscillation wavelength shift is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
