HEAT EXCHANGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device which prevents the stoppage of a backup-side heat source and realizes a stable heating value control, and also to provide a heat exchange device reduced in radiation loss in heat accumulation.

SOLUTION: This heat exchange device comprises: a first circulating passage 2 for a first fluid 8; a first heat exchange means (heat exchanger 14) for making a first fluid absorb the heat of a first heat source (engine 22); a second circulating passage 4 for a second fluid 10; a radiation load (heating load 30) for circulating the second fluid; a second heat exchange means (heat exchanger 16) for performing the heat exchange between the first and second fluids; a third heat exchange means (heat exchanger 18) for heating the second fluid with a second heat source (burner 40); a bypass passage 24 for carrying the first fluid across the second heat exchange means; and a control means (mixing valve 26, control part 28) for controlling the flow rate of the bypass passage.
