PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a liquid crystal display device in which sufficient amount of data writing time is secured. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel driving circuit includes a plurality of output circuits which are respectively connected to a plurality of data bus lines of a liquid crystal panel and output liquid crystal driving voltages. These voltages are outputted from the output circuits with amounts of delay which successively become larger starting from a leading line of the plurality of data bus lines to a last line.
