PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a flame, to cool combustion chambers, and to realize high load combustion by controlling a supply position and the direction of combustion air in combustion equipment of a gas clothes dryer. SOLUTION: This combustion equipment comprises: the primary combustion chamber 12 having a plurality of openings 13 in an upper part, and internally facing a burner 11 having a plurality of flame holes 10; the secondary combustion chamber 15 having a plurality of openings 16 in an upper part, and internally facing the primary combustion chamber 12; and a plurality of primary combustion chamber air intake ports 14 having a plurality of openings 19 in an upper part, and arranged under the primary combustion chamber 12.
