PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely improve engine startability. SOLUTION: Fuel evaporated at a combustor 100 is supplied to an engine at least at a cold start-up. This fundamentally prevents insufficient fuel evaporation even in the cold start-up. Since combustion gas of the combustor is not supplied to the engine 201, the problem does not occur that continuous combustion cannot be maintained due to the lack of the amount of oxygen required for combustion even if fuel is ignited (exploded).
