PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved structure for a portable telephone terminal equipment in which various kinds of characteristics representatively as articulation can be improved by remarkably reducing incidental signals to become the cause of noise generation not only in an extremely fine amplitude area but also in an ordinary area and further in a high amplitude area even under dynamic vibration to be changed complicatedly. SOLUTION: In the portable telephone terminal equipment, the material of cloth composed of ultra-fine fibers with a monofilament fineness of from 0.0001 to 3.0 dtex and a thickness of from 0.1 to 5.0 mm is bonded over a microphone installing part and/or speaker installing part.
