PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite adhesive sheet capable of adhering to an object to be adhered such as a lead-frame, a metal plate, a ceramic plate and an organic wiring board. SOLUTION: This composite adhesive sheet is obtained by applying a varnish of a heat resistant resin containing a composing unit expressed by formula (3) on one or both surfaces of a surface-treated heat resistant film, and heating to form an adhesive layer(s). The resin in the adhesive layer has a glass transition temperature of≥250°C and includes aromatic groups expressed by formulae (4) to (8), and 10 to 90 mol% of linkage groups linking to these aromatic groups are amide groups.
