The valve has a mouthpiece (10) comprising a threaded cylindrical sleeve and a soft suction section around the outside of the sleeve. A fixed ring and a connecting ring are screwed onto the ends of the sleeve and a support protrudes from one end of the fixed ring, close to the passage extending through the sleeve. The support extends slightly away from the sleeve and has protrusions on both sides. A slot (19) is provided on one side of the soft suction section. The main body (30) of the valve is secured to one end of the mouthpiece and has a round locking groove at one end and a threaded locking section extending from the other end up to the middle, so that the mouthpiece can be screwed onto this body. The main body has a passage extending through it and the inner wall of the locking groove is located close to the centre of this passage. A catch (40) at one end of the main body is provided with a push button on one side and has a passage extending through it. A bolt extends down the centre of the passage from one side of the catch. A ring forming a rib is provided at both ends of the catch. A sleeve (20) at one end of the catch has a ring at one end for securing inside the locking groove in the main body. An integrally formed guide tube at the other end of the sleeve can be connected to the outlet tube from the water bag. A slot in one side of the sleeve is used to receive the push button.
