COMPOSITIONS OF PEPTIDE CRYSTALS

The present invention provides crystals of selected peptides and compositions thereof. It also provides stable pharmaceutical compositions comprising crystals of a selected peptide, glycine, an alcohol, zinc, a buffer and a pharmaceutically acceptable preservative at a pH of about 6.0 to about 8.5. A process for preparing the crystals and a process for preparing the pharmaceutical compositions are also disclosed. The invention also provides for the use of the crystals and compositions comprising them for treating various diseases and conditions in mammals.
