An electric oil pump controller capable of prolonging the service life and avoiding increase of the size of an electric oil pump used as an auxiliary pump for a main pump by suppressing the deterioration thereof, wherein the electric oil pump (40) is operated for only a specified allowable operating time, and an engine (12) is started to supply a hydraulic pressure by a mechanical oil pump (36) , whereby the continuous operating time of the electric oil pump (40) 'can be limited, the service life can be increased, and the increase of the size can be avoided by suppressing the deterioration of the electric oil pump (40).
