PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely carry a steel plate while restricting noises. SOLUTION: A roller 12 is rotatably arranged on a rail 11 having a downward gradient from a carrying-in end toward a carrying-out end and magnets 15, 16 for decreasing a moving speed of the steel plate W using a magnetic force are fixed on the carrying-out end side. The magnet 15 is arranged with space from the steel plate W at a position just before the rear end W2 of the steel plate W is lifted from a steel plate carrying device 1 when the steel plate W slips down from the steel plate carrying device 1.
