PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger car capable of being converted into a wagon car to accept loading of more people and/or luggages by arranging its trunk part deformable without impairing the original function of the passenger car for five persons or two persons and without requiring mounting and removal of any component(s). SOLUTION: The upper part of the trunk serves as a roof consolidated with a rear board when the car is converted into the wagon. The rear glass of a sedan or coupe type car is arranged slidable, to serve unchangedly as a rear glass of the wagon. This has a built-in damper and is given the possibility of opening and closing when converted into the wagon. From inside the two side walls of the trunk, the walls (may be of glass) on two sides of the upper part of the rear luggage compartment are raised when used as the wagon so that a conversion into the wagon is accomplished.
