<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic card such as an IC card or the like which has substantially no distortion or twisting by correctly gathering card configuration sheets and welding them with simple equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A round hole 17 and a slot hole 18 are formed at portions of laminated card constituting sheets 19a to 19d corresponding to the positions of the holes, and a positioning pin 21 is inserted into each hole. The slot hole 18, which has a play against the positioning pin 21, absorbs distortion or twisting of each card constituting sheet and avoids printing shifts or the like to improve appearance and to prevent reduction in the mechanical strength due to residual stresses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
