PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based cosmetic agent that gives light and smooth feeling in use on application, can suppress perspiration with the lapse of time and has improved stability. SOLUTION: The oil-based cosmetic comprises one or more kinds selected from organically modified clay minerals, a polyoxyethylenated hardened caster oil and an ester oil. In a preferred embodiment, one or more kinds selected from plant-originating ester oils, ricinoleic octyldodecyl, erucic octyldodecyl, ester derivatives of dimer acids and dimer alcohols are used as the ester oils.
