PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portion-packaging paper roll which can effectively prevent impurity such as dust and dirt from adhering to the portion-packaging paper roll. SOLUTION: A portion-packaging paper roll 1 is constituted by winding a long portion-packaging paper on a paper pipe 2. Such a portion-packaging paper roll 1 is taken out under a state wherein a first case body 3 and a second case body 4, which are separable from each other are separated. Then, the portion-packaging paper roll 1 is housed in a manner to be relatively rotatable around the axis in an internal space which is partitioned by the first case body 3 and the second case body 4 under a state wherein the first case body 3 and the second case body 4 are connected.
