PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minced piece guide for a food stuff mincer, which prevents adhesion and fixation of finely minced pieces of food stuff to a round blade assembly, the finely minced pieces being generated when the food stuff is minced in the mincer. SOLUTION: The minced piece guide 100 which is inserted into a gap between round blades 140 of the round blade assembly 150, is formed of a guide portion 106 for guiding the minced pieces, a ring contact portion 105 which is arranged adjacently to the guide portion 106 and makes contact with the perimeter of a space maintaining ring 130, a scraper portion 109 which is adjacent to the ring contact portion 105 and extends therefrom until its tip brought into contact with the rim of the space maintaining ring 130, and a fastening portion 104 fastened to a support member 110 arranged outside the scraper portion 109.
