PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide skin care soap imparting an adsorbing property, a covering property, and a moisture-retaining function to skin by adding olive oil and sodium hydroxide, or APIREPIHA and sodium hydroxide to goat milk. SOLUTION: 1. This skin care soap is obtained by dissolving sodium hydroxide to water, heating the solution, adding heated olive oil to the solution with stirring, adding goat milk to the mixture, and then solidifying the product. 2. The skin care soap is obtained by dissolving sodium hydroxide to water, heating the solution, adding APIREPIHA oil to the solution, adding goat milk to the mixture with stirring, and then solidifying the product.
