PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic fiber for explosive fracture resistant cement structure having high explosive fracture resistant effect even in the case of mixing amount of the synthetic fiber to a cement composition is small. SOLUTION: The synthetic fiber for explosive fracture resistant cement structure is obtained, by making a synthetic resin of heat melting property into the fiber and by mixing the synthetic fiber by 0.02-5 vol.%, while the decomposition starting temperature and decomposition ending temperature measured by a thermogravimetric analyzer satisfy following inequality (1): (decomposition ending temperature (°C) - decomposition starting temperature (°C))/temperature rising speed (°C/min.)<5.
