PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a light and easily operable fiber reinforced mannequin with excellent shock resistance, flexibility, and toughness can be easily and safely manufactured at low cost without requiring skills under a light load on the cost of installation. SOLUTION: This method is constituted of a series of processes of coating two solution mixing type thermosetting plastic on the formed part surface of shapes 11, 12 matched to at least part of the front form of a human body, spreading a fiber structure, for instance, fabric, knitting, nonwoven fabric, or felt containing polyethylene terephthalate, or various other fiber structures thereon, and, further, coating the two solution mixing type thermosetting synthetic plastic. The thermosetting synthetic plastic is spread on the fiber reinforced mannequin in a rate of 3-60 wt.% to the whole including one with 0.5-10 mm of wall thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
