PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care device which uses minus ions for effective skin care. SOLUTION: This is a skin care device for caring the skin surface. A contact element 66 is equipped on a probe 64 held by a hand to give stimulation such as mechanical force, coolness, warmth, or heat to the skin surface via the contact element 66.
