PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egualen sodium-containing orally administrative preparation composition markedly mitigated in bitterness and good in feeling when taken. SOLUTION: This orally administrative preparation composition is obtained by formulating egualen sodium with aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer(s) and/or glutamic acid compound(s); wherein the aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer(s) is(are) preferably an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E and/or an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer RS, and the glutamic acid compound(s) is (are) preferably at least one compound selected from L-glutamine, sodium L-glutamate and potassium L-glutamate.
