<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clear paper cuts at the corners and the bottom of a paper-made container press-formed from a paper base material which is press-formed by using a laminated material blank, and further to improve the functional capability thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a paper-made container 2 having a flange part 6, which is made by press-forming a blank sheet 1 by means of a male-female die, the blank sheet being produced by punching a laminated material provided with a thermoplastic resin layer 9b on the surface of a board paper 8 that becomes at least the inside surface of a container, and being provided with a process of adding ruled lines, a blank sheet is press-formed that is of a laminated material made of a board paper with a biaxially oriented thermoplastic resin 9a bonded thereto having a tensile strength at break equal to or greater than that of the board paper and a tensile breaking elongation percentage being less than that of the paper board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
