PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body forming board which can be easily moved, kept, and carried, and manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: This body forming board is formed by putting cut lines into a sheet to form each piece of the shoulder part, the breast part, the back part, and the trunk part so as to continue the pieces via foldable connecting parts. Each constituting part is bent along each form of a body and overlapped parts are fixed by hooks or stoppers to enable the board to be assembled into a body form which can be disassembled into the original board.
