PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel excellent in appearance, and also having permeability which is needed for the panel for a sidewalk. SOLUTION: The panel is manufactured by mixing an aggregate of 0.1-5.0 mm with a heat curable resin, and formed with heat pressing. The panel has the permeability, and the mixing ratio of the aggregate and the resin is 100 pts.wt. aggregate to 2-15 pts.wt. resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
