FUEL CELL WITH IMPROVED SEALING PROPERTY AND CAPABLE OF BEING ASSEMBLED EASILY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fuel cell and its preparation method are provided, to improve the sealing property of the fuel cell and to allow the fuel cell to be assembled more easily by reducing the layering time. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell comprises a separate plate(1b), an elastic gasket(2b), a membrane electrode assembly thin film(3), an elastic gasket(2a), and a separator plate(1a), wherein an insulation film(31) is formed at the edge of the membrane electrode assembly thin film in a body, gas diffusion layers(20a, 20b) are formed in the central part of the elastic gaskets(2a, 2b), and the insulation film and the elastic gaskets are adhered to each other at a temperature of about 80 deg.C. Preferably the projections are formed on the separation plates(1a, 1b), and/or the grooves are formed on the elastic gaskets(2a, 2b).
