METHOD FOR FABRICATING OPTICAL CABLE CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an optical cable connector is provided to reduce a fabricating cost by performing rapidly a fabrication process of the optical cable connector. CONSTITUTION: Granular raw materials are fabricated by using a resin binder and stainless powders having grain size of 10 or less micro meters. A preform of a connector body including the first and the second stepped portions and a groove is formed by pressing a press the raw materials. The resin binder is removed by heating the preform under the temperature of 300 to 400 degrees centigrade. A vacuum sintering process for the preform is performed under the temperature of 1200 or more degrees centigrade. A cooling process for the preform is performed. The connector body is formed by performing a print process for preform and forming a through-hole at the preform. The connector body is inspected by using a camera.
