PURPOSE: A hot and cold water supplying machine having an antibacterial function is provided to keep purified water for a long time and supply high quality water by sterilizing with coating the inside of a water tank with silver and inserting an antibacterial pipe to a water tap. CONSTITUTION: A water dispenser for storing and supplying water comprises a water tank having a sliver coating layer for sterilizing microbes by radiating silver ion with coating the inside of the water tank with silver, and a water tap(25) supplying water from the water tank by operating a water supply unit and inserting an antibacterial pipe including the silver coating layer sterilizing microbes in the water tap with radiating silver ion. The quality of water is improved by sterilizing microbes in the water tank with radiating silver ion from the silver coating layer.
