PURPOSE: A solution for forming moly-phosphate coating on galvanized steel sheet and methods for manufacturing moly-phosphate treated steel sheet and resin coated steel sheet using the solution are provided. CONSTITUTION: The solution for forming moly-phosphate coating on galvanized steel sheet with high corrosion resistance comprises moly ion 17 to 25 g/L, phosphoric acid 15 to 55 g/L, nitric acid ion 8 to 50 g/L, hydrogen silicofluoride 2 to 8 g/L. The methods for manufacturing moly-phosphate treated steel sheet and resin coated steel sheet with high corrosion resistance using the solution are characterized in that the solution is coated on galvanized steel sheet while keeping the solution in the temperature range of 40 to 80°C, and further resin is coated on the moly-phosphate coat.
