PURPOSE: A wireless data communication card device is provided to integrate a CDMA wireless data communication system with a wireless LAN data communication system, thereby removing inconvenience of changing each wireless data communication card in a portable computer or a PDA. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN module(10) performs data communication through a wireless LAN, and includes the first PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) interface(11). A mobile communication module(20) performs wireless data communication through a mobile communication network, and includes a serial communication unit(22) and a universal interface bus(21). The second PCMCIA interface(50) interfaces with a computer by PCMCIA standards. A signal selector(30) converts data outputted from the mobile communication module(20) into PCMCIA standards, and selectively connects one of the mobile communication module(20) and the wireless LAN module(10). A controller(40) controls an operation of the signal selector(30).
