PURPOSE: A spacer forming method for a ferro-electric liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the consumption of a photosensitive material and reducing the spacer forming time by omitting the photo-etching step and repeatedly forming desired spacer patterns by continuous stamping work. CONSTITUTION: A spacer forming method for a ferro-electric liquid crystal display device includes the steps of forming spacer carving parts(21) on a solid stamp substrate(20) for repeating the printing of a spacer pattern in the desired shape(b1), and repeatedly forming the spacer pattern(12) on a plurality of film substrates(10) to serve as an upper or lower substrate by doping a photosensitive material(22) on the spacer carving parts(b2,b3). |
