PURPOSE: A gas mixing controller in a lead frame heat treat furnace is provided to reduce the power consumption of an electric heater by adequately controlling the quantity of flow between high temperature gas and low temperature gas. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(32) is annealed in a muffle(30) by passing along the inside of the muffle(30). A gas mixing control panel(10) is installed in the path of the muffle(30) for controlling the mixture rate of high temperature gas(20) and low temperature gas(22). A controlling knob(12) is connected with the gas mixing control panel(10) for switching the gas mixing control panel(10). A side insulating part is installed for controlling remaining the high and low temperature gases(20,22) in the muffle(30) when closing the gas mixing control panel(10).
