PURPOSE: A shift operation apparatus of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and the number of work processes, improve maintainability, and increase transmission efficiency of driver's shifting operational force. CONSTITUTION: A shift operation apparatus of a vehicle comprises a lever member(9) installed to a transmission side, to operate selecting action and shifting action of a transmission gear; a first rod(13), rotating by the selecting action of a gearshift and longitudinally moving by the shifting action of the gearshift; a selecting rectilinear motion conversion unit installed to convert rotational force of the first rod into rectilinear motion of the vertical direction; a selecting link unit, reciprocating the lever member by the force of the selecting rectilinear motion conversion unit; a shifting rotation conversion unit, converting the longitudinal motion of the first rod into rotational force; and a shifting link unit, rotating the lever member by the rotational force of the shifting rotation conversion unit. Driver's shifting operational force is transmitted from the gearshift lever to a transmission, by just the first rod. |
