PURPOSE: An electric heating device is provided to perform effectively a heating process by improving a structure of the electric heating device. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating device includes a plurality of heating elements(2) and a control unit. The heating elements(2) are used for forming one heating block which is supported by a rectangular frame(3,4,5). The control unit is used for controlling the heating elements(2). The control unit includes a power transistor having plural cooling elements(6) which are arranged on a printed circuit board. The frame(3,4,5) is formed with a plurality of vertical parts(3) and the first and the second horizontal parts(4,5). The second horizontal part(5) includes an open side and one box inserted therein. A plurality of open windows(7) are provided into the second horizontal part(5). The cooling elements(6) are arranged between the open windows(7).
