PURPOSE: Provided is an oral composition against halitosis, which is excellent in inhibition of halitosis and oral hygiene, by using oral sterilizing agent, oral inflammation inhibitor and halitosis inducing material remover. CONSTITUTION: An oral composition is characterized by comprising 0.01-1 wt.% of xanthorrhizol, 0.001-2 wt.% of Ulmi cortex extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate or the mixture thereof, 0.01-2 wt.% of Paeonia suffruticosa roots, and 0.01-1 wt.% of a shampinion extract. It can be formulated into chewing gum, edible file, mouth spray, tooth paste and the like.
