METHOD TO JOINT UNVULCANIZED TREAD EDGE PART

PURPOSE: Provided is a method to joint an unvulcanized tread edge part which allows vulcanized promoter solution to be applied on an unvulcanized tread joint part to improve binding power of the joint part so that it prevents the tread joint part from being widened in driving. CONSTITUTION: The method to joint the unvulcanized tread edge part is characterized by the steps of: (i) dissolving 1-50wt% of an vulcanized promoter in organic solvent to prepare vulcanized promoter solution; and (ii) coating the tread joint part with the vulcanized promoter solution to keep the same combinational power as other tread rubbers in vulcanizing after joint.
