PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital contents preparation system suitable for information provision considering both of user's liking or interest and an objective topicality and capable of reflecting a user's request about the importance of information. SOLUTION: A contents distribution terminal 200 acquires priority information concerned with priority indicating with is preferentially to be considered, user information or topical information, selects contents data from a contents data registering DB82 on the basis of the user information registered in a user information registering DB60 and the topical information registered in a topical information registering DB40, determines an output layout by using the selected contents data, and prepares digital contents.
