<p> Linear actuator (1) includes a mover equipped with outer yoke (4) and magnet (5), a stator equipped with coil (2) and inner yoke (3), and leaf springs (15), (16) for linking the movable section and the stator. Actuator (1) is assembled such that leaf springs (15) and (16) are deformed when the mover stays at a balanced position. This structure can maximize a vibration stroke of the mover.</p> |
