The invention relates to an installation for quick starting the cold internal combustion engines, applicable to road motor vehicles. According to the invention, the installation has a thermally sensitive resistance (3) covered by a copper radiator (4) and it is coupled to the storage cells (13) through a contactor (10) connected to a time relay (11) and a signalling element (12), being screwed in a fuel mixture intake manifold (2) and sealed by means of some gaskets (5) tightened by a nut (6).
