PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic pattern transferring device with which an original magnetic pattern can be exactly transferred on a magnetic recording medium while correcting a magnetically different part in a master. SOLUTION: In the magnetic pattern transferring device for transferring the magnetic pattern onto the magnetic recording medium on which magnetic information can be recorded, the device is provided with the master formed with a magnetic layer patterned corresponding to the magnetic pattern, a magnetic field generating means for supplying a magnetic field for exciting the magnetic layer in the state of making the master closer to the magnetic recording medium and for transferring the magnetic layer pattern that the master has to the side of the magnetic recording medium, and a magnetic field control means for controlling the magnetic field to be supplied from the magnetic field generating means so that a transfer pattern transferred on the magnetic recording medium can correct the magnetizing state of the magnetically different part different from the magnetic pattern.
