<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking hand for a ROM writer which can open and close a ROM socket by itself, can set a ROM and can take up the ROM. SOLUTION: A sucking nozzle 1 in which a sucking pad 2 and a tube fitting 7 are provided is fixed to a sucking nozzle bracket 5 fixed to a cylinder 4 with a guide. The sucking nozzle 1 is able to slide in the vertical direction relative to a back surface plate 6 through a cylinder 4 with a guide. Opening/ closing of a ROM socket is performed by pressing a ROM socket opening/ closing plate 3 provided at the back surface plate 6 of the sucking hand 8 to the opening/closing part of the ROM socket, and setting the ROM and taking out the ROM are performed by the sucking function of the sucking pad 2.</p> |
