PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL panel which can be surely sealed by adhesion resin by preventing the variations of the width/thickness of sealing caused by the uneven coating of the adhesion resin with a simple working process, capable of eliminating the increase of process caused by an admixtier of spacers and formation of props and improving the state lowering of adhesive force caused by the admixture of the spacer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The EL panel comprises at least a base plate, an EL structure laminated on the base plate, sealing plates arranged on the EL structure at prescribed spaces, and adhesion resin for sealing which fixes the sealing plates to the base plate and hermetically seals the EL structure. The EL panel has an adhesion resin stopping structure contacting with the adhesion resin for sealing at a part of a construction member of the EL structure. The manufacturing method of the EL panel is provided.
