PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive rubbish removing mechanism with reduced driving noise. SOLUTION: In an exposure part 18, an exposure processing is performed by emitting laser light from the exit surface 42 of a condensing lens 40 toward a printing plate 12 wound around the outer periphery of a rotary drum 24 while rotating the rotary drum 24. When the printing plate 12 is exposed, air is sent from sirocco fans 44 and 46, then, the rubbish generated at exposing the printing plate 12 is blown off by the air from the air nozzle 52 of a tube 50, and also, the rubbish is sucked into the air suction port 58 of a tube 56. Then, the rubbish is removed and prevented from sticking to the exit surface 42, etc., of the condensing lens 40. Since the air is sent from the sirocco fans 44 and 46 in accordance with the rotation of the rotary drum 24, the rotation of the rotary drum 24 becomes the driving source for the sirocco fans 44 and 46, then, the conventional compressor is not required, thus, the mechanism is obtained at a low cost, and also, the driving noise is reduced.
